I saw a patient the other night with a ton of psych meds in the ER for something unrelated. She was neither young nor old.
(Incidentally – definition of “a ton of psych meds” = more psych meds than me.)

This is my blog about bipolar illness. I need a place to vent privately. I am not a burden on society, though everyone seems to think I should be. This is an account of what it is like from someone who is "normal" to the outside world. Totally self-indulgent, no redeeming entertainment value sought in the writing here. I'm just letting it out. Cheaper, and probably better, than a shrink. It is my secret, alter-ego blog that no one knows about, as opposed to my main one, which matches my candy-coated, yet thin, shell.
